Dr. Rit Shukla
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Rit has led the team of medical and healthcare professionals for over a decade and successfully delivered various international and national projects for the top 20 pharmaceutical and healthcare organization. He began his career as Medical Intensivist in 2002 at a leading healthcare organization and progressed through a variety of positions in pharmaceutical companies, gaining increased responsibilities and experiences in the field of scientific market research. He has a successfully accomplished project related to competitive intelligence, market research, clinical protocols, scientific presentations in the specialty of critical care, Cardiology, Diabetology, Obs & Gynae, Oncology, and Respiratory Medicine.
Dr. Punit Srivastava
Director & Chief Scientific Officer
Dr. Punit is an entrepreneur having more than 15 years of clinical research and strategic experience from both pharma and academics. He has worked for several years with multinational Pharma from India & Japan and contributed to Clinical and Development, and Market research areas. Prior to us, he worked in Auto-immune disorders, Inflammation and Oncology segments. During his tenure, he has published more than 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals, 2 Books and 8 patents to his name. He is a trained Pharmacologist from the Medical College of Wisconsin, followed by Senior Research Fellow at the University of Connecticut. He led a team of Medicos, Ph.Ds, M.Pharm during his scientific and entrepreneurial journey. Currently, he is looking after all scientific and development activities with us.
Ms. Bhawana S
Director- HR & Admin
Ms. Bhawana has a Master's degree in Psychology. Prior to this she has been the Administrative head of a Medico-Marketing organization and carries a rich experience. She has been an integral part of the company since its foundation, and currently looking after all Admin and Human resource activities. She has been inspiring to the employees and to make them feel like family.

Dr. Sanjay Kalra is a Karnal-based endocrinologist with over two decades of experience. Having served as the President of Endocrine Society of India (ESI)(2019-2020), he continues to work as Vice President of the South Asian Federation of Endocrine Societies (SAFES), Education Editor of the International Society of Endocrinology (ISE) and Deputy Chair of the Advocacy and Partnership working group at the ISE.
He has lent his editorial skills to the Indian Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Thyroid and Research Practice, and Diabetes Medicine (UK), as well as other journals. He has contributed to the Association of Physician of India (API)Textbook of Medicine, and ESI Manual of Clinical Endocrinology as Section Editor. The thousand- plus situations in Pubmed speak for his research and original ideas.
In his spare time, Dr. Sanjay Kalra enjoys playing with the traditional Haryanvi bell club, the mugdar, and dancing the Punjabi folk dance, the bhangra.
Dr. Rajan Sethuratnam

Dr. Rajan is Director & Cardiac Surgeon at Madras Medical Mission, Madras and carries more than 3 decades of experience with more than 20,000 surgeries. He has been founder and Chairman of the National Heart Foundation (NHF) helping more than 300 patients undergo cardiac treatments, and also held secretary position in Indian Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic surgeons (IACTS). He is also fellow of several Societies of Thoracic surgeons and heart transplantation, both at International and national levels. He is currently actively running DNB cardiothoracic programs, and produced more than 20 Post graduates. He has published more than 44 research papers, more than 100 abstracts and 100s of oral presentations. During COVID-19 pandemic he was actively involved in treating cardiac patients with surgeries and providing financial supports though trust. Dr Rajan has keen interest in Hockey and Cricket, and have own several prizes during earlier days.
Dr. Royle Fernandapulle

As an Advisor to Head of Overseas Business Development, he carries more than 15 years of combined experience working in the Biopharmaceutical and clinical industries holding various positions of increasing responsibility. Prior to working at Mediception, he worked in executive management, as an Intern in public health and medicine, validation engineering and quality control, and as a research scientist at renowned Institutions in the USA. He holds a Clinical Medicine (MD/MPH) degree.Currently, he is looking after overseas strategic partnership & alliances segment and contributed to many Regulatory and Clinical research projects towards FDA & EMA filings.
